Grateful service!
I had issues with incorrect delivery address. My fault. Could not get any English Speaking Service in the phone. Very Frustrated and Frankly Angry about the horrible FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE …. I came here! Issue resolved and got my package returned to me.
FEDEX is a joke. Their drivers can careless about tha packages and wait at the door for 15 seconds before running off. Now we have to wait over a weekend to get our package. DO NOT USE FEDEX. Service is not good!
