I went to the store about 1 hour and 30 minutes before the posted closing time. The clerk told me that some of the machines were already turned off, that he was the only one available, and that other customers had priority. He wasn’t even sure he could help me that day. I ordered a product and paid for overnight delivery. Five days later I received a voicemail saying FedEx tried to deliver it and had the wrong address, so it couldn’t be delivered. I spoke to FedEx and they said they could deliver it the next day after I gave them the right address.
