Useless location and delivery drivers
Fail to timely deliver express. Marked it as business not open and didn’t even try to deliver and then refused to hand over the package in person from the location after an agent on the phone instructed me to go in person. Would give zero stars if possible.
This FedEx is awful. We've paid for next day shipping on 3 separate packages on 3 different occassions and all 3 times the packages were 2-3 days late. It's impossible to get a straight answer from anyone. They lie and say it's on their delivery truck and then the packages never get delivered. Then you go to this facility and wait 2-3 hours and turns out it was at the facility the whole time. They try to blame bad addresses but UPS never seems to have any issue delivering to our office. Drivers suck can't deliver anything on time management sucks cant properly set up a team and when they can't deliver a package for over 3 days because they have poor management ask me what I want them to do about it when i called....deliver my package I pay 100$+ for over night for it to take over a week to be delivered from this facility but rides on a truck daily
