grossly incompetent fedex
I went to the FedEx location on South 161st Street in Seattle to drop off a children’s scooter with a small lithium battery. This was after the FedEx in Tukwila directed me here, saying they could handle it—even with the battery sign. When I arrived, the staff member was friendly, but she wasn’t fully trained on how to process packages with batteries.
