My package has been on a truck for 4 days straight and can't get a straight answer out of customer service. If I could give you zero stars I would. Horrible experience.
I give fedex 0 stars. For the last two days I received a text and email saying package is out for delivery. Then later that evening they say there is a delay due to dangerous weather. Yet, Amazon has delivered packages to my house both days with no problem.
