I swear they are never on time! Always 2 or 3 days late!! Or sends you notifications saying it’s out for delivery and then it never comes that day and maybe not even the next day!! Honestly would recommend UPS!!
Never received my packages. All my packages went to one place! My address is correct on everything. Wish I knew who my driver was so I could receive my stuff or atleast go get it to where they took it.
0/5 service from their warehouse. Their phone system with their computerized responses is by far the worse I've dealt with ever. It refuses to connect me to a person to explain why my freight is being held hostage. Their website says weather, but I've been getting plenty of other deliveries from FedEx and other companies. This is ridiculous.
Constantly misses promised delivery dates, even when customer pays $$$ for next day deliveries. Sometimes ground deliveries are 5 days late! Uses bad weather as an excuse routinely for late deliveries. Interestingly, UPS, the US post office, and Amazon.com never have troubles with weather causing late deliveries.
