They make it Impossible to speak to a human. They obviously lack ln customer service or customer concern and so………they obviously don’t want my business! Lousy service!!

One star is too generous. FedEx is by far the worst delivery company, and my company has fired them for poor service years ago. The latest problem (yes, there have been dozens and dozens) is a delivery problem to my home. They gave me a case number and said someone would follow up. To their credit they did in about 4 hours. The problem is that they called me from Denver, CO about a local problem. I do not live in Denver, so why would you call me?
