Do NOT use this location. Had to give 1 star just to submit this review otherwise it would have been 0 star. They provided bad instructions such that we had to drive 3 hours to the location where we shipped the package to get it. It was a lost of money and time. Absolutely aggravating dealing with both this Fed Ex location and the 800 number. In fact, you can't even call this office, you have to come in person.

Fast and friendly
They lost documents sent to me on April 30 from Great Britain. I intervened several times. I went to their office 2 times and reported it to customer phone service. The documents reached Northbrook facility on May 2nd and the trace of them was lost. My package probably is somewhere on a shelf or with a driver in the car. Nobody knows, and they are sorry. (6/4/25)
