Very helpful in providing a solution to insurance coverage on a very expensive item I was shipping. I came to this location after being told by the very rude manager Doug at FedEx Office on 16th street that what I was trying to do was impossible.
My package has been out for delivery for a week I ordered early so my dad would get it by father's day but FedEx messed that up!
Tried to call and reach a person at this branch with a simple question 3 different times but it is impossible with their call system.
Wouldn’t ship an item in the same box that they shipped it to me in. Took it to another fed-ex store and they had no problems.
