Young girl who took my order was not friendly or helpful at all. Even when I asked a question or two she answered curtly and no eye contact at all. No thank you or any acknowledgement of my using FedEx. Guess I'll go back to the United States Postal system.

Everyone that works the counter are very nice. Lots of supplies available to get. There is carts outside to help for heavy boxes. Handicap parking. A floor scale is available at this location.
I hate FedEx so much. The AI call system is absolute garbage. The communication via smart device and they're phone app is a bad joke. But that doesn't disregard what a physical in person place like this does. I needed help from a guy who was working here today and he was so awesome and did what he could. Thank you too the gentleman. If i could choose not to use FedEx i would but that's chosen by the shipping company most the time. FedEx needs more stores operated by humans to, UPS does.
