The Fedex staff is always professional and helpful. I use them a lot because my printer is acring crqzy and I can go there and print out my documents at a lower price compared to their competitors. The facilities are always neat and clean. I highly recommend Fedex for your printing and shipping needs.

RUDE. INCOMPETENT. CHILDISH employees! I took off from work to wait for a very important package, but the delivery man DIDN'T KNOCK. Just left a "we missed you" note. Calling customer service was completely useless. Had to call the sender to have them speak to FedEx because they wouldn't help me. They then tell me to pick it up immediately, so I go to the center only for them to say it was STILL on the truck and that I needed to come back. How can it be so difficult to enter a door and go to the leasing office to make a delivery. I don’t know if these drivers are lazy or just not smart enough to make that decision on their own. FedEx from this location attempted to deliver a package multiple times that needed a signature. They take a picture of the main entrance of our building and leave. The stupidity just doesn’t make sense. If you can’t work at FedEx maybe try something that doesn’t require you to use your brain as much.
