Can’t print shipping label? Really??
Yet another complaint about how they handle their deliveries. The delivery was scheduled for Monday, so I took the day off to receive it. It got delayed to Tuesday, which meant I couldn’t be there to receive it. One attempt was made, and I received a notice, so I decided I would pick it up on Saturday that same week. They knock on the door of the apartment building and pretend that they made an attempt to deliver, and then leave. Terrible service.
Extremely lazy staff!! We were there 10-15mins before their closing time to drop off an Amazon return. They made up a case that I've to call FedEx and arrange a pick up.. another FedEx happily took it. Hopefully their manager notices this!
whenever i can't get the delivery driver, i have to grab my packages from this location. I've never had any issues here and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
