Fast and friendly .
They delivered 2, 200 lb boxes on my porch. They were not my packages- They were my neighbor's. When he dropped the boxes on my porch one went in the mud, the other box received a big hole, and I was physically unable to exit my front door because both boxes were blocking it. After getting the packages to my neighbor's porch, calling FedEx and writing a note to my neighbor, I wasted about an hour and a half of my life because of their stupidity.
This is a shipping center not a FedEx office. They only send out packages and make new labels. No passport photos, no barcode labels, no printing.
Best shipping company of all time. Very customer driven.
