Had a medical sample that FedEx was supposed to pick up from my home. I have an autoimmune disorder and two small children. It has to be delivered within 24 hours or it won't work for labs. They picked it up in Kasson and then Mayo Clinic tells me they never received it. This is like my 10th problem with FedEx but at this point, they're literally hurting people. Costing me a lot of time, money, and effort too because now I have to do labs in person with two young kids. Fedex sucks. Zero stars.

If I could leave zero stars i would. Waited all day for an overnight package that needed a signature. Literally sitting ON THE FLOOR, 5 FT from my front door. I didn't even leave to use the bathroom and I'm on my cycle. Sat there from 7am. At 420-4:30PM I look outside, nothing. Check the tracker, and see they left a note on my screen door saying no one was here to answer. I had one day off this week. It was 80 degrees outside. It will be colder for the rest of the week. I absolutely despise how you always attempt to deliver a signature package at 1100 while we are working, and then refuse to allow a pickup or later drop off. And your automated service is an absolutely rage-inducing maze of circular logic, without the option to talk to a live human being.
