If I could leave zero stars i would. Waited all day for an overnight package that needed a signature. Literally sitting ON THE FLOOR, 5 FT from my front door. I didn't even leave to use the bathroom and I'm on my cycle. Sat there from 7am. At 420-4:30PM I look outside, nothing. I absolutely despise how you always attempt to deliver a signature package at 1100 while we are working, and then refuse to allow a pickup or later drop off. And your automated service is an absolutely rage-inducing maze of circular logic, without the option to talk to a live human being.
