I had hoped it was a fed ex store, but it is just a shipping center. Nice interaction though.
Very pleasant experience. The worker behind the desk was pleasant and cooperative.
How are you as a shipping company going to put a package on a truck and then discover that is supposed to be delivered in 2 days so instead of just delivering it and eating the money that you're going to lose no what's the best thing that we can do for the customer We then you take it back off the truck even though it's at your facility and can be delivered that day and it updates showing that it's going to be delivered today this is poor customer service and that's the reason why I hate waiting on FedEx
