I've been waiting on a package the driver showed up at my house said the package was not on his truck and he didn't know what to tell me I've called many times to the FedEx location and it will not let me speak to customer service it just hangs up on me if I could give negative stars I would this delivery service is trash
They are really speedy there. I have difficulty standing for a long time, but I was in and out of there very quickly.
For three days this ship center updated my shipment saying they attempted to deliver but nobody was home or business was closed. They never came by my home, are not on my cameras, and never left a single slip or door tag. Today, they said they delivered the box without signature. They even had the audacity to upload a picture of my driveway and entire front of my house where there is clearly NO package anywhere to be seen. The item in the package is $2,000.
