Customer service is always great!
Attempted delivery to an incorrect address with a signature required that had shipping restrictions (ID# 6668067). It wasted my day, and I have been on the phone with FedEx and the shipper for over an hour. FedEx won't even do a redelivery in the middle of the day, and the facility closes too early on a Saturday. UHG. If you're looking for a place to send a FedEx make sure you go to some place that actually has the envelopes cuz drop off places don't. Don't think that you're going to be able to take your phone and have a QR code or a label cuz they don't print and they send you an hour away to find a place that prints... Don't use FedEx. Go to UPS if you can
