I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the level of service at this FedEx Ship Center. One of the employees (an older man with white hair, a white beard, and partially bald) displayed shockingly rude and unprofessional behavior. With work needing ship centers for Fedex, I know just about all the late pick up places, this is one of them for Orange County.
The worst experience I've ever had trying to get a package. 3.5 stars for a reason.
