Horrible service! Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. I went there to ship a laptop internal, they sold me the shipping box and then told me they couldn’t ship and refused to refund me the box, that they had just Sold me, open and unused.

Don’t know what’s wrong with FEDEX! They don’t know which service should each location do! They wasted my time sending me from location to the other confirming that the other location will take my package and at the end non of them took it!
