Guy on the phone didn’t tell me we needed the same last name when picking up a package, had my utility bill to verify and still they wouldn’t let me pick up the package. Wasted 30 minutes of driving over there for nothing
The driver who was supposed to deliver my package at my residence did not even bother attempting to deliver my package. They said the driver attempted a delivery around noon (while I was home and waiting for the package), but upon checking the website for proof, the only evidence is a photo of a black screen, and no paper slip on my door or mailbox to indicate that the driver even step foot in my apartment complex. Unable to resolve issues with a delivery
I have been in this location twice and I understand why there are so many negative reviews However, Ryan is the best in this location Ryan shows that he actually cares about the customers and wants to help. His attentiveness, kindness, professionalism is outstanding Ryan deserves a raise or promotion. I believe every FedEx location needs a Ryan !
Fedex is the worst delivery service imaginable. I thought others are bad but no way there can be one worse than Fedex. Their website doesn't seem to work well, they want you to sign up and its almost impossible to get your package. No wonder they have barely above a 1 rating on Yelp.
