I had a very positive experience at this FedEx Ship Center. The employee at the counter was friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and easy. He took the time to explain my shipping options and helped me choose the best one for what I needed without making the process feel complicated. Horrible service! Staff doesn’t know what they are doing. I went there to ship a laptop internal, they sold me the shipping box and then told me they couldn’t ship and refused to refund me the box, that they had just Sold me, open and unused.
