I don't know what these other reviewers are talking about. The service here was great! The front desk guy with the dark hair was very friendly and made picking up my package a breeze. I had to show my ID and tracking number and he quickly got my package from the back. I was in and out of there in 2 minutes. The bad reviews had given me some anxiety going to this facility, but I'm glad they turned out to be wrong. 5 stars!

Never enough people working, lost on how to help anyone, how does the UPS store do it so easy and a Fedex “ship center” can't get stuff going lol. Longest line ever with only 3 people waiting, had to take a call cuz i didn't expect to be in line 30 minutes. FedEx has become worse than USPS.

Terrible customer service! I had to wait 10 minutes for the staff, even though there was no one else there. I brought in a huge box to return, and the employee told me, “Your box isn’t sealed correctly. You need to remove your tape and reseal it.” I asked if they had tape, and she said I could purchase some. I agreed and told her I’d pay with Apple Pay, but she said, “We don’t take Apple Pay.” It’s 2025, and a big corporation like this doesn’t accept Apple Pay? Their driver pulled into my lane today on the 405 freeway heading north between Bristol and Fairview, 10/30/2024, 10am. They are hiring just about anyone these days. They used to pride themslves on hiring professionals, not anymore. I had to move quickly into the next lane or he would of hit me. I am thanklful no one was in the lane beside me or there would of been a wreck. I honked my horn and then he got very angry and aggressive and started honking his horn back at me multiple times.
