I have been going to FedEx for 8 years multiple times per month for work purposes. The company I work for has an account with FedEx and our company requires us to double package every shipment due to confidential/controlled information. The older gentle man working on Nov. 6th wouldn’t allow me to double pack my shipment and was extremely rude and arrogant. In 8 years, I have NEVER had an employee even question why I had to double package every shipment. Such an unpleasant experience, will not be returning to this location.
Went in here at 8 AM before work to ship something out very quickly and the fellow behind the counter there was absolutely amazing. Went through every possible option to help me figure out how to get an overnight taken care of the lowest possible price. Zero complaints.
