Stupid service and useful help center - they don’t want to work or delivery
Great shipping center. A good variety of packaging options but not many options for smaller form factor items like jewelry. Great customer service!
Called FedEx since Monday to receive my package. Customer service (1-800 #) which is out sourced is of no help. There is NO local number to contact anyone. The delivery guys take pictures of my intercom box and the from across the street with no calls being made. Very disappointed with what's going on. Had 5 other packages delivered with no problem. Either this/these guys are lazy or don't care.
Their truck driver delivered my product to the wrong person. What appeared to be a back and forth exchange between emails, text and answering machines, they closed my case. It also felt like they never even attempted to find my package. Will never use Fedex again. Sadly all those businesses that use Fedex to ship will never get my business as well.
Was told to come pick up a package containing my cancer meds/pills by customer service and tracking showed it was at this facility. Person at front office said it was on a truck for delivery, which didn’t match what was online. Told me he’d call me once the driver got back if they didn’t deliver today. No delivery and no call. Felt like the guy gave me BS so he could get me outta there. Going to see if it’s there tomorrow when they open. Wish me luck.
