They don't leave a message on the phone when they call, or email, or even text when your package arrive at your address..They don't get ahold on you , leaving a message on the customers phone. STUPID FEDEX HONOLULU MAKE ME ANGRY
Stupid service and useful help center - they don’t want to work or delivery
Great shipping center. A good variety of packaging options but not many options for smaller form factor items like jewelry. Great customer service!
Called FedEx since Monday to receive my package. Customer service (1-800 #) which is out sourced is of no help. There is NO local number to contact anyone. The delivery guys take pictures of my intercom box and the from across the street with no calls being made. Very disappointed with what's going on. Had 5 other packages delivered with no problem. Either this/these guys are lazy or don't care.
Their truck driver delivered my product to the wrong person. What appeared to be a back and forth exchange between emails, text and answering machines, they closed my case. It also felt like they never even attempted to find my package. Will never use Fedex again. Sadly all those businesses that use Fedex to ship will never get my business as well.
