FedEx is the bottom of the barrel delivery service. Absolute garbage. It is pouring down rain and they couldn't carry my package up three front porch steps to get them out of the rain? Pathetic and lazy. Not to mention when they threw a box with a computer monitor into the middle of my yard. Or my personal favorite, when I walked outside to meet them, they threw my package out the door and didn't even unbuckle their seatbelt. I was standing RIGHT THERE. Quite literally the rudest woman ever works the counter there. Don’t know if I caught her on a bad day, but if THATS their customer service I suggest avoiding.
Kinda of ridiculous having to drive so far to be able to get to a FedEx shipping center.
