Trying to ship a company laptop back to them after being terminated (or it will be considered stolen property). Keep in mind, this FedEx location is almost 45 minutes away from where inlove. I waited a total of over an hour, with the inside temperature of 84⁰ (on the thermostat). They did not have the correct packaging materials needed, so I had to makeshift something together in hopes it will arrive not broken. paid for two days shipping but item wasn’t received after 10 days and was sent back to the shipping. The driver never rings the door bell and claims no one is at home for signature while we stayed home all day the wait for the package. No tag or note was left. They just sent the package back silently after a few days. Customer service call simply says: there is nothing we can do. Will never use Fedex again if I have any other options
