I went to mail a passport and a prepaid envelope to get a new passport back. The first thing the lady said was “We don’t sell prepaid envelopes”. Then she added, “but if you have a FedEx account then yes” I said I wasn’t sure if I had one. She asked to let her know if I found the account number and then left the counter. I didn’t really have time to look for this in my phone, all I wanted was to urgently mail this.
