I was happy with the friendly service. I had a weed wacker to send to the repair shop. It was an odd device to pack. A friendly agent came up with a bright and effective solutuon to get my item bixed and shipped.
I feel so incredibly bad for the new being trained by the world’s laziest driver! 2 guys drop off tires to a shop and load everything behind the subcontractors truck on purpose!!! When we went to approach them after they finished unloading they sped off laughing! Shame on fedex for condoning such horrible service out of their drivers!
Staff is helpful and pleasant 😊
