Fed Up with Fed Ex. I arranged to have a package shipped by Friday - it was time sensitive. The package was not delivered until Monday, and the store at the destination was unresponsive. When I called to get a refund, they said it was a "temporary local disruption" and therefore they didn't have to refund me money for their failure to deliver the package. My package was delivered to the wrong address. I’ve sent pictures to show proof that where the package was delivered was not the same building. The wrong delivery address clearly had siding where as the correct address had none. It’s a Drs office. I’m extremely disappointed that they denied my request for a refund. So now someone is enjoying a $300 item that I am paying for. All because of someone’s incompetence.
