No issues, prompt & friendly service on 2 packages that had to be packaged & shipped yesterday. Thank You Victoria.
Impossible to find drop off location (101 N Jeffers St in North Platte, NE). Both Google and Waze directed us to the rear of the store where the address was impossible to find. The store itself was poorly identified and looked closed an hour before their stated closing time. After going around the block a few times we finally went to the door on N Jefferson- which told us to go to the ‘next’ door. By that point, we were so PO’d that we bowed to continue driving and find a location that actually WANTS our business!
