I’ve been having a few bad days trying to get a package that needed to be signed for. customer support is very difficult - BUT, Thankfully, I did post a status on my Facebook and I was able to reach a few people who worked there! My package will be here on time while I am home, I’m happy! Thank you to Braxton and Luke for all the help! :)
Never a good experience but tonight was the exception, exceptionally poor. I would like to suggest that the woman who has been there for 27 years, retire. Not interested in her work history just wanted information on my package. Happy holiday!
