This company is designed to drive you insane. The virtual assistant is beyond idiotic and useless. They close claims without providing any information on how it was resolved. My package is still missing and if by some miracle you get someone on the phone they cannot access the claims/case details to tell you have it was resolved. They then reopen the case but there is no way to get details because the system simultaneously says the case is closed and valid at the same time.
