Paid plenty extra for overnight by 10:30 AM. 11, noon, 1, so I start calling. 1st rep (after being cleared by AI) put me on a long hold to tell me it would be delivered by the end of the day, no eta, nothing else. It was imperative to have it asap so I called to try another rep (after more AI), said he'd call the location, long hold, ringing, disconnect. More AI, 3rd rep heard my pleas, found the package at the nearest distribution center and said I could pick it up. So I dropped everything else to drive 30 minutes each way ... read more
My packages are getting miss or misplaced but reported as delivered. No direct number or email, told my shippers to stop using FedEx. Update; Something is going on at this FedEx location. My previous post is from two years ago. my package was delivered to another address and was never recovered. The same thing just happened again. When I called FedEx, they referred me back to the shipper.
