My package shipped from this location was delivered somewhere other than my address. So called customer service told me that they/FedEx weren't the ones who delivered it (???). What is going on here?
Horrible, 0.1 start is to much for this company
Absolutely horrible.... They kept trying to deliver a package with the correct address on it at a separate address and said well no one was there. I called in multiple times. They could not give me an answer as to why the package was being delivered to another address even though it clearly says the correct address on the package and that they guaranteed delivery on Monday never came.
