Do not make the mistake of going here. I had a tracked package from FedEx that needed to be returned. FedEx instructed me to take that package to this space. Two young employees looked and saw the package was two inches higher than a half wall in the office area and stated it was too large. No measurement. I then stated that this was where I was directed to go. They told me it was more complicated than I understood. I think it is about picking up and dropping off packages. I guess I'm clueless. Will never go here again.
Tried to contact a representative at this store and the automated response system would not put me through after several attempts. Worst customer service ever!!!
I think it's such a great convenience to have access to the FedEx OnSite Mailing Services to receive packages or send them out. I use it as an alternative location to my address at times to receive packages.
