Pleasant experience, great staff, in and out in seconds!
My experiences with FedEx and Vienna, Virginia is sending packages. Some packages required that they be boxed up. The representative was very courteous and answered all my questions. My packages were delivered in a timely fashion. The only reason for four stars is, I think that FedEx can be a little more expensive than its competitors.
My experience was bad. I wanted to send a regular letter overnight and the employee said it would be $100. I said, even for an envelope that weighs almost nothing? He said yes. I was ready to leave but decided to ask about how much it would be in a Fed Ex envelope and he said $47. I asked him why he did not mention this option in the beginning?
