Efficient and quiet. It's like going into a Library! They now have scanners so you can just scann prepaid packages and a receipt gets printed out. EASY!

My experiences with FedEx and Vienna, Virginia is sending packages. Some packages required that they be boxed up. The representative was very courteous and answered all my questions. My packages were delivered in a timely fashion. The only reason for four stars is, I think that FedEx can be a little more expensive than its competitors.

My experience was bad. I wanted to send a regular letter overnight and the employee said it would be $100. I said, even for an envelope that weighs almost nothing? He said yes. I was ready to leave but decided to ask about how much it would be in a Fed Ex envelope and he said $47. I asked him why he did not mention this option in the beginning? So, I purchased the $47 overnight envelope. The package did not ship until Monday and was scheduled for delivery Tuesday morning. I tracked the package. The FedEx delivery people did ... read more
