Was really good been updating my house and being replacing a lot of stuff due to other reasons and have had quiet a bit of packages and fed ex has been amazing!!! A few hick ups with one package !!! But they fixed it and found the problem!! It was not their fault it was the person shipping the items for got 2 of the other items but we got it fixed !!!! Big thank you to my delivery guy have keep him busy !!! Thank you !!!! Amazing job !!!’
Easy drop off, employee was helpful as well. This location was inside a Walgreens.
Not their fault entirely but my last package I sent overnight on Sunday snd it arrived Friday morning. $70+ a for a small bags of pills certainly was not appreciated for my husband who came home the next day!
They apparently have no way of issuing you a receipt for drop offs outside of texting you. If you have anything important to send via FedEx you need to go elsewhere.
