Not their fault entirely but my last package I sent overnight on Sunday snd it arrived Friday morning. $70+ a for a small bags of pills certainly was not appreciated for my husband who came home the next day!
They apparently have no way of issuing you a receipt for drop offs outside of texting you. If you have anything important to send via FedEx you need to go elsewhere.

I’m upset with fedex because they delivered the wrong package to my house and it took them 7 days to come pick it back up and my package was delivered to the wrong address but my neighbor brought it to me
