I don’t understand how hard it is to deliver to my address. Your the only delivery service that leaves my stuff at my neighbors and never the same one so I have to play hide and seek with my package every time. Seriously take some notes from Amazon.
This isn't so much about the physical location but a driver that claimed to have attempted to deliver a package but couldn't. Claiming nobody was there to receive. When in the package was to my place of business and I had been there since 7 am along with 4 others all day and not once had a fed ex truck entered the property .
