PLEASE CONSIDER THE CIRCUMSTANCES OF THE CUSTOMER. I am a cancer and stroke patient who lives alone with no local support or disability at age 54. I BEG FedEx package handlers and deliverers to property handle packages so they are damaged in the shipping process or when dropped off at locations. If possible, try not to plop them right in the midst where rain fall greatest. There is shelter at my front door but packages are left a 1/2 foot from there in the rain. I got a notification that my package was out for delivery on 8.30.26, but then I get a notification that the customer was not available. That is astonishing since I was at my apartment and got no notification at all. On top of that, my apartment building has a sign posted that gives delivery drivers access to the apartment so that they can either leave the package in the mail hub, or than can leave it at our door.
