Cashier was very nice and helpful
This is a review for this particular FEDEX on site located in the walgreens. Do not have any med-large FEDEX package redirected here for pickup. They will be refused and returned to sender. Reciever will not be able to redirect. Sender will not be able to redirect. Things are being sent back to California 4 days before Christmas and their customer service rep can only tell me "isn't their fault" after admitting this happens to multiple others at this location.
Horrible customer service and lazy drivers that continue to place packages in front of my unattached pole barn. I’ve made numerous complaints to corporate and to local managers with no improvement. We even placed signs around our property stating to deliver to our front porch. This still doesn’t happen. Often they sit in the rain as I’m unaware they were even delivered.
Staff was very helpful with fast and efficient service. Thank you.
