Do NOT use this location for package hold/pickup. Although it says it’s open until midnight, FedEx recollected my package each day around 5:45pm!! It was first delivered on Tuesday morning around 10:30am, but for some reason, the tracking said “picked up” around 5:45pm before I could get to it. It was not clear it was FedEx picking up my package, tracking details only said “picked up” so I panicked on day 1 before it was redelivered the morning of day 2 (and subsequently picked up again that evening). The map directions are not accurate. The Fed Ex drop off is inside the Walgreens at the check out counter.
They've been "delivering" my package since Tuesday morning. It never came. Can't get ahold of someone. And another problem. I live in Warrensville North Carolina. And nobody knows why they're trying to deliver my package in Raleigh. I don't live in Raleigh.
They wasn't really friendly
