Great site, I've been coming here for a few years now, to drop off packages, or buy packing materials. Usually it's quick drop offs using their self serve machine, but anytime I've had questions, employees have been very helpful and polite. Its worked out great for me each time! Its clean and well kept, in downtown Phoenix, only thing I dont care for is having to U-turn to get to it if I'm coming from north to south but thats not the stores fault.
Customer service here is excellent!
