I asked one of the employees to call someone to the FedEx desk and she said she had already called another staff person. I had to wait 15 minutes before somebody showed up.
WALGREEN STAFF “LOUIS” provided by far the most atrocious customer service possible. From the moment we entered the store, he adamantly refused to assist us giving us excuses into why he couldn’t help us. We have used this facility and others and have never received such horrible treatment. He made phone calls after phone calls and was INSTRUCTED to help us and he still refused to give us service. We ultimately walked out without being helped.
