Went in to drop off a return package due to fedex drivers laziness of not picking it up from my home location. The older woman who scanned the package asked me how much it weighs. I told her I wasn’t sure but that it was on the heavier side. She responded rudely with well that doesn’t help me. Pretty sure she’s the store manager and she is one of the rudest people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting.
