Lazy workers and manager refusing to send packages because they don't feel like it. I had a label and everything all ready to go, and they still refused.
I have 3 packages mistakenly sent there and i cannot get anyonea at FedEx to place labels on them and return to sender. I've been assured 3 times over the past 5 weeks, but no return!!! Can't call the location directly. 😡
FedEx service never fails to satisfy me. This one is small and inside a big hotel. A bit hard to find
