I showed up with my package and FedEx QR code and the lady in the counter said they don't print labels. I went there specifically because the website says they do. They need to either train their staff or update the website.

Lazy workers and manager refusing to send packages because they don't feel like it. I had a label and everything all ready to go, and they still refused.
I have 3 packages mistakenly sent there and i cannot get anyonea at FedEx to place labels on them and return to sender. I've been assured 3 times over the past 5 weeks, but no return!!! Can't call the location directly. 😡
