This review is about FedEx customer service. I bought the Overnight service at this location with a 10:00am delivery. When the medical disc did not make the promise time I called repeatedly. I spoke to a ridiculous number of overseas call center reps (>20) and received nothing but a variety of excuses and misinformation. Absolutely no accountability at FedEx.
They were very helpful and nice with figuring out some packaging issues. Very glad they were there to help me today!
