Went on a Saturday morning, they had to call the staff overhead because I waited there for a long time. She didn't have her scanner. When she finally scanned my envelope she then said fedex would not pick it up until Monday... even the envelope stated priority overnight. It is a medical sample and should not wait until Monday. She explained that is the weekend. And I proceeded to ask if that's the case because it is walgreens, or in general with fedex. She didn't know. Very unhelpful.
