Man working the desk was very rude and abrasive. He talked down to every customer and acted annoyed. The gentleman in front of me was asking for help printing and his response was a condescending "I TOLD you to do....". I needed the box I purchased and was shipping in taped close and he threw it to the side and said he would get to it. I asked that he tape my shipment closed before I left and he has a huffy little fit. I will just use the UPS up the street.
Tricky to find, actually diagonally across the street from directions provided but fast, friendly service.
