This is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever dealt with. I have been waiting on a package that was to be delivered on the 5th of June and it is now the 15th of June. I have spoken to them and there management several times and each time they lie. Either the package is lost or one of them stole it or they are just incompetent. I know all the staff is not the problem. But the unprofessional way they are handling this situation is outrageous.
I had to ask for a confirmation slip.hmm why do I have to ask should that not be automatically.
