FEDEX IS THE WORST. why advertise a pickup point if you can’t provide the store with a working scanner?
I’m here at 3:38pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I’m told they are “closed” and to come back in 20 minutes. Listed hours are 9am-8pm! It’s absolutely ridiculous for me to drive here during their open hours and be told they are closed- I can even see my package sitting right behind the desk. FedEx and Safeway being terrible as usual.
