Whoever has been delivering in Lincoln Park Duluth, MN. They have been beating up my packages. One delivery that I received today; the package was scratched up and fell open in my hands before I could open it. Everything in it was squished. Yesterday my package of a puzzle board was so beat up the spine of the puzzle board was cracked. The packages are seldom placed by my door and are left out in the open where package thieves can spot them. I have an area on my porch that cannot be seen by the road.
