I bring multiple packages here on a regular basis. But the last time I brought packages, the manager on duty refused to take any of my packages. Stated I had to many. I asked her how many could you take? She continued to refused service. I waited for 20 minutes before she agreed to take 20 6x4x4 packages. This has caused me not to return to this location or other Walgreens.

Delivery was left at the wrong location twice. This is a monthly delivery - the merchant has left specific instructions to where it has been delivered and I have as well.

Time and time again. When I order things and they use you guys my package always gets lost or stolen. Then you guys take over a week just to get me my replacement package. Y'all are a joke up here. Time and time again this has happened. And it's only up here that it happens here!!! Y'all need to get better at your dang job.

They are not open 24hrs, I was just there and the people who were working said it won’t open until 9am. According to the fedex they are open 24hrs. They need to figure out what the problem is.

On the phone they seemed very interested in helping me with why my package was delivered empty. The package was re-sealed with the wrong tape and the delivery sticker was put on over the wrong tape. Time stamped delivered at 5:49 on 4/4, but I opened the box at 1:30. There is always a time stamp printed on small sticker. Can't really say driver took contents but someone along the line did. $421 item. We'll see what they do
