Im a Notary and Apostille courier in Oxon Hill, MD and often have to drop off loan closing or Apostille documents to Fedex. The staff is always professional and pleasant. I often visit the 2 building on Eisenhower Road in Alexandria, Viriginia, the store if I can get there before closing or the Drop off if I need to drop the documents off late. Highly recommend.
I would give 0 stars if I could. The person at the front desk looked at my package and asked how heavy it was; when I said it wasn’t heavy, he told me he didn’t have space and that I’d need to go to another FedEx location 30 minutes away. I also had a small package with a QR code label (no printing required), and he refused to accept it, saying it wasn’t working. Very unhelpful and dismissive service, don’t waste your time, go somewhere else.

They didn’t accept my fedex package because of they don’t have space to put my box.
