The associate was attentive knowledgeable and very polite.
Really bad set up. Have gone twice and wasn't allowed to use their s services because of rules about my specific packages. What's the point of even advertising these services? The staff is very nice, but understaffed.
This place supposed to be a Fedex drop off, but nobody is there to attend the customers, I went there for no reason.
