Nothing wrong, but just don't expect them to know what FedEx employee would know. They really work for the store this is located in
Bad service
As in mini times before I used the FedEx print and go option. it's a great way for me to send documents to their cloud and for my clients to go into a FedEx full featured store and print the document out on one of their smart copies. This can really work well when I want to send a large document to my client and they don't have any printer capability in their home.
