Bad service
As in mini times before I used the FedEx print and go option. it's a great way for me to send documents to their cloud and for my clients to go into a FedEx full featured store and print the document out on one of their smart copies. This can really work well when I want to send a large document to my client and they don't have any printer capability in their home.
