Yeah since I can't complain about the FedEx delivery drivers at the actual delivery site. I'm going to have to do it on here. Yeah these people can't place a package on the ground without tossing it down or letting it slam and break the items inside or damage the packaging. Quick and easy
Paid for overnight a very important medical related envelope to a doctor an hour away from where I live. Was supposed to be delivered the next day. Nope!!! Didn’t arrive until the following week. Beyond frustrated! I could have drive it there myself. Called Fed Ex- they say since November we do not guarantee next day mail. Okay - then stop advertising and charging customers since you truly do NOT provide that service. I’m done with Fed Ex!
