Absolutely horrible customer service robot service is horrible to get through
Be warned: they might not accept a large package, even if it's within the FedEx drop-off location limits. The Walgreens store rep wouldn't take my package, claimed it was too large even though I verified/showed them the measurement and weight limits for FedEx Drop Off packages.
