Poor telephone service, cannot get some person on the phone

I had several problems associated with this FEDEX location. One shipment got lost. My Fedex account was compromised and someone else's shipping charges applied to my account. Even though FEDEX refunded all, they never investigated or reported who did it even though it was a straight forward task. Why ?
Went to store to return a FedEx package, this package was QR code return, no label needed. There was this tall white guy on the counter, he asked me $2 dollar to put a tape on, $2 lol and when I said if it’s okay to put my own tape, he said fine but then he rejected to take the package by saying we don’t take QR code returns. He is practicing some unethical ways to get money be careful. Take it to Walgreens for return.
