Parcel dropoff proved to be with the cashier at the store entrance. A little disconcerting, but effective.
The cabinet they have to drop off boxes is tiny. Complete waste of time if you’re trying to drop off anything besides an envelope
Worst service ever. I didn’t knew they have a limit to how many packages they can keep. The lady straightaway told me she can’t accept my package because « there is no room». It’s not even a big package just a laptop and a charger. Had to make a trip out of my way to another fed ex do so. This excuse completely threw me off.
