Tried to drop off my Fed Ex PRE PACKAGED/PRE PAID box and was told the box was TOO BIG by Myra in the photo department. I asked, “since when do you have a limit on the box size and what are the measurements so I know what’s considered too big?!”Myra’s response was there is no exact measurement! so basically she just chooses what she would like to take!!! My box was 24 x 16inches NOT even a huge box! Extremely disappointed and now it’s too late to go to another drop off location. Thanks Myra!
