The back of your building is on fire but I can't actually get a hold of anyone in the store with the phone number to warn them
Needed help creating a label. The employee said she could not do it and I had to do it on my own. I finally figured it out, just for her to say she needed a qr code that I didn’t have or else she couldn’t do anything. Then I tried to use the kiosk to print it out myself, but that wouldn’t find my document either. The employee was not willing to give me any help or advice at all and just stood there while I tried to figure it out. Very frustrating.
No help really that can't print labels . I needed a DOD label to send an ID card off. It should say "limited services ". The employee was really nice and apologized which I appreciated.
