I paid $24.99 for shipping on a $24.49 item. Fedex is now demanding that I pay them an extra $17.40 for shipping, despite the fact that they have already been paid. This is blatant fraud, but unfortunately I have no choice in paying it, because the amount they're defrauding me for is less than the attorney fees I'd have to pay to litigate the case. My only advice is to make SURE that whoever you're buying a package from isn't using Fedex.
Fast and easy
I had a package sent with one day shipping. It arrived the next day while we were gone. No big deal, we'd just make sure to be home the next day. Nope! Package didn't arrive the next few days. No one rang the door bell or knocked on the door. We didn't leave the house at any point and we have two dogs that will absolutely let us know if someone is at the door.
