People there are rude and not helpful in packaging the returned shipment. That happened to me in many occasions. I am not going there anymore.

Easy place to pick your packages up that have to be signed for.
Rude employees with no desire to help, absolutely terrible customer service. They gave me attitude for simply asking if they were still open. Avoid this place and just go to a FedEx standalone location
