One star, my overall rating for FedEx over past ten years. For all the times they said they delivered and never even drove down my street, for the times they just slowed down and tossed the package out the door, for never once showing any courtesy, for never having any real assistance, for treating the people getting the package as third rate beings, and for not assuming any monetary obligation when losing packages despite being responsible. Thanks, FedEx, I think of you less than you think of me.
