Friendly staff , and very helpful !!...
Apparently you have to wait in line behind all the regular dollar store customers to drop off a pre-labeled pre-packaged box. It took 15 minutes just to drop it off. I would recommend using another drop-off location.
Horrible. No FedEx signs anywhere. Unkempt Dollar Tree employee took my package. Didn't uniform me that my only receipt would be texted to me. I didn't get an actual paper receipt for my package drop off. And then the text one never came. It felt very sketchy. I will never use this drop site again.
This is not a faxing place. Also, the only two workers one was obviously loaded on the young not as well trained gal the left when people came in.
